About the Flex Foundation
Established in 2002, the Flex Foundation is a private organization that awards grants to philanthropic initiatives and fosters positive change for the global communities where we along with our customers, suppliers and partners operate. The foundation's giving and volunteer strategy aligns with four UN Sustainable Development Goals: #3 good health and well-being, #8 decent work and economic growth, #12 responsible consumption and production and #13 climate action.
From 2016-2021, the foundation has provided grants to support:
- 180+ projects in 20 countries, spanning aid disaster relief, community upskilling with people with disabilities, veterans and women, renewable energy sources deployment, monetary and personal protective equipment donations to hospitals and more.
- Over 7 billion beneficiaries

Flex and its employees stand with our Ukrainian colleagues and their families in this war.
Flex installs AquaTowers in schools across Aguascalientes, rainwater collection systems in Guadalajara and holds workshops for children.
We work with nonprofits, community leaders and governments to promote sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all.
