The newest leadership development program at Flex, SheLeads launched in 2019 in the spirit of fortifying a diverse talent pipeline, creating equal opportunity and fostering inclusion.
This 9-month program is designed to advance the leadership potential of our participants through a rich, experiential curriculum comprised of workshops, high-impact assignments, assessments, coaching, mentoring and more.
Supply Chain Leadership Program (SCLP)
Our Global Procurement and Supply Chain (GPSC) organization is looking for a select few high-potential early- to mid-career candidates with demonstrated ability to think differently, drive change, and solve complex problems.
